Dear Blair Families, 

The Buildings Unit has been a success and we can’t wait to continue the fun the week!  We will read ‘Changes, Changes’ by Pat Hutchins and our activities include using building blocks, writing our names with blocks, and using our sensory an pop tubes.  The Letter of the Week is R and we will complete our journals and make a paper plate craft.  

Family Connection:Take out those blocks and play, play, play!  Build a tower and knock it over.  Count to see if you can build a tower with 5 blocks.  How about 10?  If you go out for a drive, look at all the different buildings in your neighborhood.

La unidad temática sobre edificios ha sido un éxito y ¡estamos deseando continuar con la diversión esta semana! Leeremos el libro "Cambios, cambios" de Pat Hutchins y nuestras actividades incluirán usar bloques de construcción, escribir nuestros nombres con bloques y jugar con tubos sensoriales. La letra de la semana es la R y completaremos nuestros diarios y haremos una manualidad con platos de papel.

Conexión familiar: ¡Saquen los bloques y a jugar! Construyan una torre y derríbenla. Cuenten para ver si pueden construir una torre con 5 bloques. ¿Qué tal con 10? Si salen a dar un paseo en coche, observen los diferentes edificios de su barrio.
