Dear Blair Families, 

We are super excited for our parent activity this week on Tuesday, April 28, 2026! As we keep rolling with our "Ball Unit," we’ll be reading the story The Doorbell Rang by Pat Hutchins and having so much fun making and counting cookies together. In class, we are busy adding new words to our math and language arts journals and hunting for all things round! We are also thrilled to share that we’re ordering our caterpillars soon and can’t wait to watch them transform into beautiful butterflies. 

Family Connection:

As a simple suggestion for a family connection, you might look around for things at home that are round and talk about how they are different. You could even ask your child, "What shape are the plates?" or "Is our table round?"

¡Estamos súper emocionados por nuestra actividad para padres de esta semana el martes 28 de abril de 2026! Mientras seguimos con nuestra "Unidad de las Pelotas", leeremos el cuento The Doorbell Rang (Llaman a la puerta) de Pat Hutchins y nos divertiremos mucho preparando y contando galletas juntos. En clase, estamos ocupados agregando nuevas palabras a nuestros diarios de matemáticas y lenguaje, ¡y buscando todo lo que sea redondo! También nos emociona compartir que pronto pediremos nuestras orugas y estamos ansiosos por ver cómo se transforman en hermosas mariposas.
